Tears in my eyes as I relate to your situation with Jack. ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜”

My dog Kashmere who I wrote about in a fairly recent essay was 13 and feeling her age. One Saturday when the veterinarian was not open because of holiday weekend she passed away in our home in Las Vegas. I took her up on a deserted road going to Lake Canyon in the mountains above Las Vegas and we buried her there wrapped in all of her beautiful blanket send her stuffed animals. Sending much empathy. Bless you Frank โœจ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™

Yeah. In retrospect, I kinda wish Iโ€™d waited, โ€˜cause I still perseverate on him not being spread in the same place as the others. But I just couldnโ€™t bear the thought of not addressing the need stat.

Yes, I get it, because my experience was similar. All my other doggies were cremated and I have their ashes. Sheโ€™s not with them. ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ’œ

Bless you! I'd have done the same for one of my dogs. I always feel my heart squeeze when I see a "descanso" (I'd never heard that term, I like it) by the roadside. I live in Switzerland and Velocidad does indeed mata all over the world. Hugs, Cesca xx
